Log Legend

In Log Legend you take control of a strongman carrying a huge log. Every step you take gives you points, just make sure to not drop the log.

Things may fall over your log, if you can bear the burden you'll be rewarded, if not watch your points go down.

This is an early version containing only an infinite mode...

How to Play:

Controls:

• Tip the log left: Left arrow key [←] or A key.
• Tip the log right: Right arrow key [→] or D key.
• Walk forward: Up arrow key [↑] or W key.
• Walk back: Down arrow key [↓] or S key.

Gameplay tips:

• Keep it balanced! Tilt the log too much to either side and it will fall.
• Carry the falling items items as far as possible. The more items you carry, the higher your score multiplier.
• Don't drop items! You'll lose a significant number of points when items fall off.
• Avoid walking backwards too much or you'll lose balance and drop the log.
• Maintain a steady pace . Moving too quickly can make you lose control.

Remember, every step forward increases your score. How far can you go before the inevitable fall?

Known bugs:

• Game state is not completely reset when restarting after game over making the score and falling items not behave correctly on subsequent runs. Workaround is to refresh the page. A patch will be deployed when the Jam ends and uploads are reenabled.

TODO:

• Add on screen messages indicating when bonuses and penalizations are applied
• Add visual queues that indicate when going too fast, backwards or tipping the log too much.
• Add new items with different shapes
